Forum appoints oil sector president, oil refining president

HOUSTON, Apr. 1 -- Fortum Corp. of Finland appointed Risto Rinne president of the oil sector business and Jarmo Honkamaa president of the oil refining business unit.

The appointments represented a restructuring of the oil sector, although Fortum said that other oil sector business units and their respective presidents remain unchanged.
