HOUSTON, Feb. 13 -- Premcor Inc., Old Greenwich, Conn., promoted Donald F. Lucey to senior vice-president, commercial, and Chet Kuchta to vice-president, domestic and international crude oil.
Lucey joined Premcor in April 2002 and has been running the company's commercial operations since that time. Previously, he was with Tosco Corp. and subsequently Phillips Petroleum Co.
Kuchta joined Premcor in May 2002 and has managed the company's crude oil activities since then. Previously, he also worked at Tosco, and subsequently ConocoPhillips.
