Mikkel field reserves, production surpass Statoil expectations

Statoil ASA reported that reserves in Mikkel gas field in the Norwegian Sea are now put at 28 billion cu m of gas and 40 million bbl of condensate—20% higher than estimated on the original plan for development and operation.
