HOUSTON, Jan. 6 -- Terasen Inc. has appointed Stephen Swaffield senior vice-president, corporate development. Swaffield previously worked for Toronto-based corporate and investment bank RBC Capital Markets.
Separately, Gordon Barefoot has been named senior vice-president, finance, and CFO. Barefoot currently serves as senior vice-president, multi-utility services, for Terasen.
Also, David Bryson has been appointed treasurer. All three changes are effective immediately.
Terasen's current chief financial officer and treasurer, Milt Woensdregt, will be leaving the company.
