Pebercan appoints vice-president, chief of operations

HOUSTON, Nov. 10 -- Pebercan Inc., Montreal, has appointed Cedric Sirven as vice-president, chief of operations. Most recently, Sirven served as vice-president, finances for the company, effective Friday.

Giles Frachon will succeed Sirven as vice-president, finances.

Sirven and Frachon will both maintain their position as directors.
