HOUSTON, Sept. 11 -- Syntroleum Corp., Tulsa, has hired Richard L. Edmonson as vice-president, general counsel, and corporate secretary.
Previously, he was senior vice-president, general counsel and corporate secretary for the Houston-based EEX Corp., which was acquired by Newfield Exploration Co. (OGJ, June 10, 2002, p. 38).
Before that, Edmonson worked for Pennzoil Co., Houston, as senior vice-president, negotiations, land and administration.
Syntroleum owns a proprietary gas-to-liquids process for converting natural gas into synthetic liquid hydrocarbons.
