Partners in the Sakhalin II LNG project on Russia's Sakhalin Island have awarded $95 million in lump sum contracts for the construction of two LNG storage tanks at a planned natural gas liquefaction plant at Prigorodnoye on Aniva Bay, Sakhalin Island.
