ConocoPhillips rounds out rest of senior management team

Newly formed ConocoPhillips has released the remaining list of its senior management staff. Appointments are effective following the completion of the proposed merger of Conoco Inc. and Phillips Petroleum Co.

HOUSTON, May 7 -- Newly formed ConocoPhillips has released the remaining list of its senior management staff. Appointments are effective following the completion of the proposed merger of Conoco Inc. and Phillips Petroleum Co.

Clayton Reasor, currently director, investor relations for Phillips, will become general manager, investor relations.

Andrew J. Kelleher, currently vice-president, commercial, for Phillips, will become president, Americas supply and trading.

J. Michael Stice, currently manager, gas marketing, for Conoco, will become president, gas and power.

Rex W. Bennett, currently manager, gas and power marketing, for Conoco, will become general manager, risk management.

Todd W. Fredin, currently president and general manager, Conoco International Inc., will become general manager, Europe supply and trading.

Sarah A. Edman, currently manager, natural gas liquids, for Conoco, will become manager, natural gas liquids.

L. Clint Plant, currently downstream finance manager, refining, marketing, supply, and transportation, for Conoco, will become manager, finance and commercial integration.

James T. Webster, currently manager, crude supply and marketing, west, for Phillips, will become manager, Asia supply and trading.

Chris W. Conway, currently manager, supply and trading, North America, for Conoco, will become general manager, Americas crude and will serve as lead of the global crude optimization team.

William E. Earnest, currently manager, worldwide merger and acquisitions, for Conoco, will become general manager, corporate planning and strategic transactions.

Brian G. Evans, currently manager, fuels technology, for Phillips, will become manager, fuels technology.

Joe C. Frana, currently manager, financial modeling, for Phillips, will become manager, corporate modeling.

Paul J. Grimmer, currently manager, diversified business, for Conoco, will become manager, gas technology.

Ann M. Oglesby, currently manager, emerging businesses, for Phillips, will become manager, emerging technology.

Marianne S. Kah, currently chief economist for Conoco, will become chief economist.

Laura A. Sugg, currently vice-president, worldwide gas, for Phillips, will become general manager, midstream operations.
