ExxonMobil denies allegations of violations at Baytown, Tex., refinery

Activist groups alleged Tuesday the 508,000-b/d ExxonMobil Baytown refinery has a history of persistent pollution problems, including repeated violations of state and federal law. Their study also alleged the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission had failed to address the problems.
