Russia-based Lukoil and Arkhangelskgeoldobycha and US-based Conoco will build a crude oil transportation system to provide the Nenets Autonomous Okrug in Russia's Arkhangelsk region with crude oil from the Northern Territories fields in the Timan Pechora province.
