Prior to that, he was leading a team of senior staff to define the strategy, create the future technologies roadmap, align research and engineering efforts, and control commercial introductions of technologies that address the future needs of the industry.

He has authored 15 technology publications and received 22 recognitions for technology development within the energy industry.
